Equicoat Warranty, Service & Return Policy

Equicoat products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. This warranty is only valid to the original consumer purchase against defects in material and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective during the first 12 months of use due to manufacturing failure, Equicoat will repair or replace the garment at discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from abuse, alterations or unauthorised repair.

Returns must be clean and dry before return. 


No goods can be returned for credit unless their return is agreed by us after receipt of the above form. All returns will incur a handling charge of 15% of the net invoice value of the relevant goods. [If returned goods are not in original packaging or of a resalable condition goods will not be accepted for return.] A copy of our invoice and/or packing note reference number and dates and reason for the return must accompany all returns. 

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
