Personal Information

We handle all information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may contact you via email or other electronic communication methods, as well as by pre-paid post, and you expressly consent to this.

Basis of Sale

The description of goods on our website does not constitute a contractual offer. We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason, with prompt notification to you.

The order process is outlined on the website, allowing you to review and correct any errors before submission.

A contract is formed upon receipt of an email confirmation from us (Order Confirmation). You must ensure the accuracy of the Order Confirmation and inform us of any errors promptly.

We aim for these terms to apply specifically to consumer contracts. If this is not the case, please inform us to provide a more suitable contract with terms better suited to your circumstances.

Price and Payment

The price of goods and any additional charges are as stated on the website at the time of order, or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Prices and charges include VAT at the applicable rate at the time of order.

Payment is required upon submission of your credit or debit card details with your order, and we may process payment immediately or before goods are delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw special offers at any time. Special offers or discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

We will deliver goods to the specified delivery location within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being entered into.

If we fail to deliver goods on time, you may treat the contract as ended under certain circumstances, in addition to other remedies available to you.

If you fail to take delivery of goods without fault on our part, we may charge reasonable costs for storage and redelivery.

Once goods are delivered or collected by you, they become your responsibility. You should examine goods upon receipt if reasonably practicable.

Risk and Title

Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel delivery and reclaim ownership of goods under certain circumstances.

Withdrawal, Returns, and Cancellation

You may withdraw an order before the contract is made without liability by informing us.

Cancellation rights may not apply to certain goods, such as personalised or perishable items, or if goods become inseparably mixed after delivery.

You have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must provide clear notification of cancellation within the specified period.

Upon cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you, subject to deductions for any loss in the value of goods due to unnecessary handling.

Reimbursement will be made promptly and using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
